PECULIARITY OF DISEASE INCIDENTS AMONG THE TEENAGERS LIVING IN DIFFERENT LATITUDES

Abstract.

For the analysis of peculiarities of disease incidents among the 14years old teenagers of the city of Kirov (58°36′00″ n.l.; среднегодовая t= +2,2°С; n=392) и Ухты (63°34′00″ n.l.; t= –1,1°С; n=253) retrospective analysis of patient medical records of 112-У unified form. At comparing the structure of the disease cases, general disease cases and therapeutic groups it was defined that the highest rate of diseases of 14 years old teenagers is connected with respiratory organs — 80,2 %. It was also detected that disease incidents connected with respiratory, digestive organs and infections and infestations among the teenagers of Ukhta are considerably more frequent if compared with the ones of Kirov. Therefore living at high latitudes leads to reduction of the health level of teenagers.
