The scientific and practical peer-reviewed journal of general medicine Journal of Ural Medical Academic Science is a regular online publication that reflects the results of scientific research focused on the development of advanced medical technologies. It has been published since 2003.

The journal publishes original scientific materials, results of experimental and clinical studies in various fields of medicine, lectures, and review articles on the most important problems of medical science and healthcare practice. The mission of the journal is to consolidate the community of scientists and practitioners, draw attention to the most relevant, promising and interesting areas of medicine, facilitate the implementation and development of the most promising directions of research practice, provide information on scientific research and achievements, and ensure an exchange of opinions among researchers.

The journal publishes 4 issues per year (quarterly).

The language of publication is Russian. All articles include abstracts and keywords in English.
