Abstract.

Article evaluates the financial state guarantees for medical assistance under the terms of its provision to those in prison. The results are used in the management planning of health activities to ensure the FPS of Russia to improve the financing of health security, carried out in the framework of the Concept of the Russian Federation until penitentiary service 2020.
