Abstract.
Held an open prospective comparative research of the clinical and economic effectiveness of outpatient antibacterial therapy easy community-acquired pneumonia in patients with concomitant illness and/or who have taken over the last 3 months of antibiotics 2 days and more. As therapy appointed amoxicillin/clavulanate to 1000 mg 2 times a day or moxifloxacin 400 mg 1 time per day. The duration of the course was to 12,94 (2,06) and 7,02 (2,48) days, respectively.
The clinical and x-ray efficacy of the starting therapy moxifloxacin higher compared to amoxicillin/clavulanate at a lower (1.8 times) duration of the treatment. The costs of drugs above, but ultimately the cost of easy community-acquired pneumonia by 18% less than in the treatment of moxifloxacin compared to amoxicillin/clavulanate. The coefficient of cost — effectiveness in the application of moxifloxacin in less than 1.3 times compared to amoxicillin/ clavulanate.
Key words:
