Abstract.
Clinical and economic analysis of combined use of general anesthesia with the LRA in neurosurgical patients with brain tumors has been made as compared with combined anesthesia without the LRA in 60 patients (n = 60). In the course of the data it was revealed, that the scheme of anesthesia of isoflurane + Fentanyl + LRA (Ropivacaine) + IVL has several advantages as compared with anesthesia without the LRA. Analysis «expenditure-benefit» showed that the inclusion of the additional component of the anesthetic LRA soft tissues of the head is more economically effective as compared with anesthesia without the LRA. Implemented an optional component of anesthesia in neurosurgical practice is possible to gain considerable economic benefit.
