Abstract.
A comprehensive clinical and instrumental examination of the central nervous system in 137 full-term babies born by caesarean section, in the early period of adaptation in comparison with those born naturally. Infants with a history of cerebral hypoxia / ischemia, and born by surgery, had a low level of physiological and compensatory hemodynamic responses, more severe disorders of cerebral hemodynamics in the form of pathological vascular reactions (spasms, hypotension), leads to a change in the perfusion of the parenchyma of the brain and contribute to the formation of structural ischemic mediated injuries of varying severity, edema, intracranial hemorrhage.
