Abstract.
Research exopancreatic functions 134 sick abdominal adiposity has revealed proportional to degree of adiposity decrease in minute pressure of secretion amylase, lipase and bicarbonates at compensation safeties proteinase activity of duodenal secrets. Feature incretion functions was parallel to an of a body mass index and HOMA-IR growth insulin activity of blood. The morphofunctional condition of body 31 nonlinear white rats with alimentary adiosity was characterised by progressing increase in weight of pancreas, the area acinus and islets of Langergans. Them «the working hypertrophy» was accompanied accruing from I to III degree by metabolism infringement, decrease regenerations activity, damage of ultrastructures of cages and export of a substandard product (prozymogen and proinsulin). Also signs periductal growths of a friable connecting fabric and a sclerosis interlobular connecting fabric took place a dystrophy of proliferationing epithelium channels, intra- and interlobular lymphogystiocytic infiltration. The changes revealed at adiposity the exopancreatic department staticize recent data on participation of its elements (acinary cages and cages of inserted channels) in indemnification insulin insufficiency at МS and DM 2 types (a transdifferentiation in β-cells) and define new prospects of a solution of a problem.
Key words:
adiposity, exopancreatic infringements, β-cells, DM 2 types.
