Abstract.
Investigation of efficiency of some immunocorrective medicines on frequency of respiratory infections and their complications at 359 children of younger school age with often respiratory infections was made. It was revealed, that preventive immunocorrection by Glucoseminyl muramildipeptide and vitamin-mineral complexes can statistically significantly reduce the frequency of respiratory infections and their complications, and restore the defective parameters of immune status: CD3, CD4, CD16, the NBT-TEST induced, IFN-γ, TNF-α and IgG. Preventive use of interferon alpha-2b in combination with vitamin-mineral complexes statistically significantly reduces only the frequency of respiratory infections and some of defective parameters of immune status: TNF-α, CD16. Carrying out of preventive immunocorrection in organised children's collectives with coverage not less than 90 % of often ill children causes the decreasing of frequency of respiratory infections not only at often ill children, but also at their incidentally ill contemporaries.
