Abstract.
Article reviews the current understanding of the inside- and extracellular killing of phagocytic cells, the role of neutrophils and monocytes extracellular traps, structure, chemical composition, formation mechanisms of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs). Investigated the ability whole blood neutrophilic granulocytes to form traps, defined the role of complement, specific immunoglobulins, microtubules, microfibrils, calcium channels and membrane protein synthesis in the process of NETs. Developed a method of stain NETs in mucosal secretions and demonstrated the efficacy of phagocytosis and NETs.
