Abstract.
The Human recourses structure of Sverdlovsk region dental assistance service has been deeply analyzed. In order to find the major problems of Human resourcing in dental assistance service during the last 5 years, the dynamics of Human recourses politics has been comprehensively researched. The approach to optimization of human recourses planning has been substantiated.
