Abstract.
As a result of a partial resection of a thyroid gland in it processes of cellular regeneration which are shown in emergence of new follicles, and the intracellular regeneration, height which was accompanied by increase in a epithelium prevail. Thus population of mastocytes react active degranulation, with emission in intercellular space of biological active agents which, apparently, have modulating impact on components of a thyroid gland, providing maintenance of the broken homeostasis and stimulating recovery processes. Functional activity mastocytes during a reparation of gland is provided with continuous change of cages. That can be caused or migration and receipt from the outside of mature types of cages rich with granules, or strengthening of synthetic activity mastocytes being in body and undergone to total degranulation.

Key words:
mast cells (mastocytes), degranulation, the thyreoid gland.
