Abstract.
The article discusses the socially significant diseases and their preventing in the prenatal period. The complex approach includes collaboration of obstetricians,
neonatologist, psychologistand other professionals in prenatal period to improvepregnancy outcomesandchild health. Benefits of join observation are correct feeding duringpregnancy and in the first years of life according to genetic predisposition and current views on intrauterine programming problem.
