Pluripotentstem Cells: is a Way Toobtainthe Gametes?

Abstract.
This review presents an analysis of recent advances in cell technologies field and discusses future prospects for research. Derivation of gametes and their precursors from pluripotents tem cells in vitro could be helpful for understanding the molecular mechanisms of genetic differentiation of germ cell sin the body. Moreover, the development of technology that based on cell differentiation has therapeutic potential for the treatment of absolute in fertility. Research in the induction of gametes field solves two main problems: a) getting of functional, genetic ally and epigenetic ally competent eggs and sperm, b) derivation of patient¬specific cells that competent to differentiate in to germ cells. The greatest optimism inspires work, which shows a successful induced differentiation of germ cells in vitro and result in gin the experiment to viable organisms after use of artificial gametes.
