Abstract.
Are presented comparative data characterizing the therapeutic efficacy of monotherapy with high doses of r-FSH and LH + FSH combinations urinary (Menopur) and recombinant (Pergoveris) origin in controlled IVF cycles in 207 patients with a high risk of a poor ovarian response, confirmed by the Bologna criteria ESHRE. Obtained results justify the preferred use of Menopur instead Pergoveris and monotherapy with high doses of r-FSH in patients with a high risk of poor ovarian response in standard long protocol IVF-IT.
