Abstract.
New data on the functional mechanisms of inefficient procedures of assisted reproductive technology (ART) in the treatment of infertility. Proven to be one of the factors that determine the outcome of the procedure of in vitro fertilization (IVF) is a violation of cytokine¬mediated mechanisms of regulation of the reproductive process in the body. In identifying matching three or more loci HLA¬class II systems have developed a comprehensive couples immunoglobulin therapy, which has improved the efficiency of AP methods almost doubled. First assess the relationship of genetic disorders with pathospermia in men with infertility.
