Results of Controllable Stimulation of the Ovulation After the Salpingectomy and Functional Surgery of Hydrosalpinx

Abstract.
These findings suggest that preventive salpingectomy in patients with hydrosalpinx adversely influences function of ovaries and reduces efficiency of pregnancy rates. The functional surgery should be surveyed, as the most appropriate laparoscopic procedure for treatment of hydrosalpinx before IVF and ET.
