Abstract.
Time-lapse observation presents an opportunity for noninvasive evaluation of the embryo’s development based on its morfokinetic parameters, to minimize subjectivity of the standard evaluation system of the embryo morphology and to optimize the choice of one / two embryos for transfer to the uterus. A retrospective study of 152 embryos revealed fairly strict criteria in chronological order of their development.

Key words:
embryo, cell division, time-lapse technology.
