Abstract.
In article the project of clinical recommendations about intensive care of a ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) – was relatively new resuscitation pathologies is considered. Aetiology questions, pathogenesis, diagnostics, preventive maintenance and intensive care OHSS, a problem fluide therapies, anaesthesia, thromboprophylaxis are taken up. It is noticed, that all the ways long especially symptomatic character and only working out of new methods of preventive maintenance have treatments OHSS will allow to avoid menacing to a life of the patient of complications.
