Abstract.

Is was estimated the effectiveness of array¬CGH application for preimplantation screening of embryos of patients with increased risk of embryo aneuploidy. it was analyzed thestructure of theembryochromosomal abnormalitiesin patients. It was detected that the selection of embryos by genetic screening allows us to reach the pregnancy rate 55.9%/transfer against 13.6% in control group. It was proved, that application of preimplantation genetic screening in case of patients with multiple IVF failures is a real way to increase the performance of ART technologies.
