Abstract.
In the prospective study 127 pregnant women took part — 74 women whose pregnancy course was not complicated with preeclampsia, 53 pregnant women with moderate preeclampsia, 3 patients with severe preeclampsia; we have analyzed the peculiarities of gestation course and outcomes, peripheral blood parameters. Preeclampsia is revealed to be associated with high frequency of gestation pathology. The revealed correlation relationships between different obstetric complications show the similar mechanisms of their development. Preeclampsia is characterized by forming the tendency to erythrocyte hyperchromia on the background of erythropoiesis depression and ferrum exchange disorder with no marked anemic syndrome development. In the presence of preeclampsia the platelet count is reducing and leucocyte count with DC-rearrangement is increasing, integral indices of peripheral blood are decreasing on the background of endogenous intoxication grade rising. Low values of peripheral blood integral indices in pregnant women are prognostic unfavourable because of gestation course and outcomes complications development, worsening of new-born state.
Key words:
