Abstract.
The incidence of various types of dyslipoproteinemia and functional characteristics of monocytes of men with early manifestations of insufficient blood supply to the brain (NPNKM). Lipid profile of blood serum in patients with NPNKM have an activating effect on the mononuclear phagocyte system (MPS), in the form of increasing their adhesive ability, microbicidal potential, proliferative and hemokinergicheskoy activity, which can lead to the depletion of the functionality of MPS cells and dictates the need for lipid-lowering therapy.
Key words:
initial manifestations of insufficient blood supply to the brain, dyslipidemia, mononuclear cells.
