Pleotropical Effects of Synthetic Peptides of the Gm-Csf Active Center

Abstract.
Studied antibacterial, immunotropical and reparation action of synthetic peptides of the GM-CSFactive center and the substances received from supernatantes CD34+45 dim — cells predecessors of hemopoesis. It has been revealed that GM-CSF peptides and supernatants cages possess the expressed antibacterial, immunotropical and reparation activity, thus the combination of the given substances possesses more expressed activity in comparison with separate substances. Possible mechanisms of the revealed effects of synthetic peptides and substances from supernatantes are discussed CD34+45dim.
