Development of Composition and Quality Control of the Medicinal Films with Valerian

Abstract.

Nowadays the Valerian officinalis is one of the most popular medicinal herbs. To expand the range of medicinal plants, medicinal film containing as the active component of biologically active substances of valerian were proposed. The films are applied to the oral mucosa and provide overall effect on the body.
The paper deals with the development of composition of medicinal films with valerian and the results of the standardization of this dosage form.
