Abstract.
The article describes the main detoxification genes (genes of metabolism), the mechanisms of biotransformation of exogenous and endotoxic substrantsy. A review of international research on the role of these genes in pathology of the reproductive sphere, and display their meaning in violation of the process of detoxification.
