Abstract.
The experimental research was conducted in order to activate the regeneration of myeloid tissues after acute blood loss with the help of complex transplantation placental MMSC and GSC. The results obtained were the following: under the conditions of acute blood loss complex transplantation of MMSC and GST causes activation of erythropoiesis and granulocytosis. It also causes cytoprotective action on the myeloid tissue due to reduction in cytogenic changes in the cells.
