Mammary gland functioning is regulated by various endocrine and metabolic processes. The disbalance in micro- and macroelement exchange and disturbance in formation of endocellular fund of amino acids in the blood serum in sick women evidence of their direct or indirect participation in the development of fibroadenoma of mammary gland. This gives the grounds for their use in the treatment, diagnostics and therapy of benign and malignant breast tumors .
