Abstract.
Viricidal effect of Miramistin® was studied in vitro on the infection model caused by herpes simplex virus (HSV) in Vero and HLE cell cultures. Analysis of different drug concentrations (from 12,5 to 100 µg/ml) showed no toxic effect on the cell cultures as well as suppression of the virus reproduction in studied cells.
