Gaps in the Legal Regulation of Cellular Technology. Fence Cord/ Placental Blood

Abstract.
The analysis of the current regulatory framework allows us to conclude that in the present fence cord / placental blood has no proper legal regulation, which is a deterrent for the development of cellular technology in Russia.
