Abstract.

Chronic disease gastroduodenal localization is a very common, frequently accompanied by recurrence and lack of effectiveness of the therapy. The urgency of the problem is largely determined by the complex combination of factors conducive to disease pathogenesis and characteristics.
Factors leading to chronic erosive gastroduodenitis (HEG) and duodenal ulcer (YABDPK) in children, still remain unexplored, as published in the literature on the role of individual predictors are inconsistent.
In this study, an analysis of antenatal and perinatal periods of life have observed patients (487).
The information provided to justify its own concept of etiopathogenesis ulcers stomach and duodenal ulcers in children, that to increase the sensitivity of the organism to various etiological reasons require the combined action of predisposing and aggravating factors. They cause the decrease of adaptive capacity, disruption of self-regulatory mechanisms for the automatic operation of the bodies.
