Reperfusion Therapy in Old Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome with St-Segment Elevation In Real Clinical Practice

Abstract.

In order to identify the characteristics of reperfusion therapy in оld patients with STEMI conducted the study, including 102 patients aged 75 to 87 years, divided into 3 equal groups of 34 people: a group of successful TLT, a group of primary PTCA group and TLT followed by PTCA. This study assessed the complications and mortality rates, depending on the choice of reperfusion therapy.
