Structure Dysrhythmias in Patients With the Phenotype of the Digestive System

Abstract.

Assessment of the cardiac conduction system and to identify the frequency and structure of dysrhythmias, a study of 44 patients with dysplastic changes of the digestive syndrome NDST. Patients without evidence of NDST (28 patients) with gastroduodenal pathology were a comparison group. It is shown that 100% of patients with the syndrome NDST recorded variation in ECG monitoring, in half the cases of heart rate dysregulation and dysfunction of the cardiac conduction system, in comparison group deviations in the fourth of the patients, with a prevalence of symptoms of heart rate dysregulation. Dysrhythmias characteristic syndrome NDST and gastroduodenal pathology, only syndrome NDST marked group and forms alloaritmicheskie beats and supraventricular tachycardia.
