Abstract.
To clarify the clinical and pathogenetic moments emerging and developing on the basis of combat stress and post-traumatic stress disorder multiple pathology was observed 161 member of hostilities in Afghanistan and the North Caucasus in age from 25 to 69 years. All patients in different terms in relation to the period of their participation in hostilities diagnosed with one or another pathology, mainly of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal tract. Identified clinical and pathogenetic regularities of formation and development of each option pathology age of combatants, the duration of the post-war period, the intensity of exposure to stress. It is shown that in the first 15–25 years after the end of hostilities, the emergence and development of stress-induced pathology more dependent from exposure to factors of post-traumatic stress disorder, but rather the future, while reducing its intensity in the foreground of the pathogenetic factors characteristic for combat veterans of accelerated aging.
