Abstract.
Syndrome of cholestasis is a rare, but important problem of hepatology. The aim of our publication is the presentation of a clinical observation of the patient of 34 years old, who was hospitalized with biochemical syndrome of cholestasis. Carrying out in clinic MRT-cholangiografia made is possible to diagnosis primary sclerosing cholangitis. The patient can have transplantation of hepar in future.
