Results of Treatment of Severe Unstable Form of Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis at Patients with Late Diagnostics

Abstract.

Results of surgical treatment of 28 patients with initially severe unstable form of slipped capital femoral epiphysis are analysed. Because of untimely diagnostics at all patients by the time of hospitalization heavy extent of shift and signs sinostozirovany an epiphysis and a femur neck in faulty situation was defined. All patients executed a forward rotatory intertrochanteric osteotomy. Positive takes are reached 78% of cases.
