Abstract.

In the article are cited the data about analysis of medical history and clinical data schoolchildren who received radical surgical correction of congenital heart disease (CHD). Comparative analysis revealed a burdeness genealogical and medical anamnesis in operated schoolchildren than in healthy peers. According to the study, children with CHD radical correction in the long-term postoperative period are not significantly different from healthy peers on physical development, but significantly often have overweight. Assessment of subjective and objective clinical symptoms indicating the continued changes in the health of children with CHD in the long-term postoperative period: they have more cardiac complaints, often recorded abnormalities in physical examination, some children persist postoperative scarring and deformation.
