Assessment of Effective Supervision of Educative Activities in TB Dispensaries

Abstract.
Tubercular patient education, necessity of particular social, psychological and ethical legal knowledge linked to tuberculosis and TB patients among a medical staff are reviewed in the article. Tubercular patient education on prevention and early tuberculosis detection is considered to be ineffective by most phthisiatricians (80.4%). 65% of tubercular patients and 80.4% of phthisiatricians emphasize the necessity to provide information management for TB patients.
The data obtained from a comparative study underline the necessity to initiate and conduct a training programme involving social, psychological and ethical legal problems both among therapeutists and phthisiatricians.
