Coagulation Markers of Endothelium Vessels Injury in Diabetes Type II with Arterial Hypertension

Abstract. The subject of the study were 40 patients with type II diabetes (DM2) and arterial hypertension (middle age 68, 4±1, 4). The purpose of the study was to learn the dynamic index of hemostasis – fibrinogen and Willebrand factor, and also to reveal the connection of these indexes with the clinic symptomatology. The group of comparison made up 14 patients with DM2 without arterial hypertension (middle age 54, 0±1, 97). The control group — the clinical healthy volunteers.
The results show a reliable increase the level of fibrinogen and the activity of Willebrand factor in the patients with DM2 and arterial hypertension as compared with the indexes in the control group and in the group of comparison.
In depended with degree of compensation of carbo-hydralive metabolic the indexes of hemostasis changed.
