Abstract. During the morphological research of 50 target taken biopsy material from the patients with ectopia of uterine cervix, complicated cicatricial deformity and patients infected with highoncogene types human papilloma viruses. Predominance of patterns was diagnosed corresponding to cervical ectopia with primitive squamous metaplasia in 66%. Expression level of Ki-67 in patterns with primitive squamous metaplasia was 5–43%,such researches shows a high level of epithelian cells` proliferative activity.
Key words: immunohistochemical marker, proliferation, complicated ectopia, cicatricial deformity.
