Abstract. Article analyzes the changes in laboratory parameters reflecting the status of the immune and neuroendocrine systems among reproductive age women working under exposure industrial chemical factors. Using mathematical models of logistic regression «exposure marker-marker effect» and factor analysis shows the change in the neuroendocrine regulation of the immune system during exposure to manganese, lead, and toluene.
Key words: neuroendocrine regulation, immune system, chemical industrial factors.
