Abstract. The adrenaline, noradrenaline, adrenocorticotropic hormone and cortisol changes at law order staffs during a mission to local armed conflict were studied. In the first time of mission were detected an increasing of all hormones, that accompanied to basic points of adaptation syndrome theory. A further investigation revealed a disbalance of hormonal secretion in hypophysis-adrenal system. It can lead to disregulation of interhormonal relations and be a factor of organism stress resistance decreasing.
Key words: emergency case, law order staff, cateholamines, adrenocorticotropic hormone, cortisol.
