Abstract.
Social and climatic conditions of life play a major role in human life. In conditions of ecological trouble, changes in food quality, improper nutrition one of the urgent problems of our time is the issue of violations of the digestive process. Digestive system makes a significant contribution to the formation and maintenance of functional activity of immune system; the most significant concentration of immune cells are found in the intestines. Adverse climatic factors, including the lack of heat and contrast photoperiodic in the North and enhance the level of secretion of biologically active peptides cells diffuse neuroendocrine system [1]. High morbidity rate due primarily to the shortcomings of protective immune mechanisms [2, 3].

Key words:
immune system, hormones, neuromediator, microflora.
