Abstract.
State-of-the-art review of modern methods of choice for a transfer in the uterus of the most quality embryos of human, got as a result of fertylization of in vitro. Choice for a transfer in the uterus of embryos is the most essential task of modern assisted reproduction. On her successful decision the health of the posterity conceived in vitro depends in a great deal. The row of methods of choice of embryos is presently used — from a simple visual morphological estimation them to difficultvehicle researches with permanent registration of speed and character of development of embryos in vitro and moleculargenetic methodologies. It becomes firmly established that the last achievements of moleculargenetics (comparative genome hybridization on microchips)are a method allowing with most efficiency to carry out the choice of most quality embryos.
