Abstract.
The aim of prospective cohort study with nested sample was to reveal predictive factors of IVF failure in patients with chronic endometritis and different AB0 blood groops.
The study was included 276 IVF patients with morphologically confirmed chronic endometritis. Exclusion criteria: oocyte and sperm donation programme. It was shown that hypertrophic chronic endometritis was a predictor of IVF failure for patients with blood groop 0 (I), hydrosalpinx in past history — for patients with blood groop А (II), ovarian and peritoneal endometriosis — for patients with blood groop В (Ш). Blood groop AB (IV) was a predictor of IVF failure in patients with chronic endometritis.
Keywords:
in vitro fertilization, chronic endometritis, blood groops
