Abstract.
The Congenital Developmental Anomalies (CDA) are an actual problem of modern medicine, and the assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in particular as according to literature higher prevalence of CDA at newborns after ART, than in population is noted. It, certainly, puts not only a moral and psychological trauma to a family, but also conducts to essential social and economic expenses. Studying of prevalence of congenital developmental anomalies at newborns from onefetal pregnancy after ART application during 2006–2014 was an objective of this research. Treatment of infertility of parents, supervision over development of pregnancy and current of the early neonatal period was carried out in the conditions of one center that allowed to carrying out full continuity in supervision.
The obtained data confirm that, despite prevalence potentially negative for development of a fetus of factors, CDA frequency at newborns from the one-fetal induced pregnancy significantly doesn't differ from children from spontaneous pregnancy. In the same time in group of children with prevalence of a man's factor of infertility (with ICSI use in the ART program), congenital anomalies of development meet more frequently.
