Abstract.
The aim of the study: to determine prevalence of inherited thrombophilia in patients who are planning programmes of in vitro fertilization and pregnant women without a history of infertility. The authors conducted a retrospective analysis of incidence of congenital thrombophilia in 230 women planning IVF (group 1) and 86 pregnant women with no history of infertility (group 2). No reliable differences in frequency of mutations of genes of hemostasis. The first group was significantly higher than the prevalence of mutations in metilentetragidrofolatreduktazy, but only geterozigotnom version: 52.6 % in the first group and 37.6 % in the second group. Also in patients with infertility higher homozygous form of the mutation of fibrinogen, the prevalence was 5 % and 1.2 %, respectively, of the research group.
