Abstract.
Arterial hypertension (AH) is the most common chronic disease, increasing mortality and worsen the prognosis of life of the population. Arterial hypertension is a leading risk factor for severe cardiovascular disease (CVD) — myocardial infarction, stroke, heart failure, and renal failure.
The analysis of clinical and laboratory data 31 men aged 22-44 years, residents Arkhangelsk, suffering from arterial hypertension. In the peripheral blood of the examined were: the concentration of phenotypes lymphocytes CD3+, CD4+, CD5+, CD8+, CD10+, CD16+, CD22+, CD71+, CD95+, CDHLADR+; the percentage of active phagocytes (neutrophils in the blood), phagocytic number.
In men with hypertension revealed secondary ecologically dependent immunodeficiencies, manifested in the failure of T-cell immunity (CD3+) have 90,90±3,06% of persons; (CD5+) have 100,00±3,20% of the people; decrease phagocytic activity on the background of a marked lymphoproliferative (CD10+) have 45,45±2,16% of the surveyed. A higher content of concentration of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes in 68,18±2,65% of the examined persons.
Key words:
arterial hypertension, lymphocyte phenotypes, the Arctic.
