Abstract.
Work is devoted to a question of change of proteinaceous fractions of hemoglobin in blood and marrow in the conditions of reparative regeneration a liver. It is shown that in a blood-groove cages of the small sizes which are more adapted for functioning at liver regeneration prevail. Level 5, 6 isoforms the hemoglobin increase of possessing the best of transfer oxygen properties, and decrease in level the 3 fraction of hemoglobin. At various physiological and pathological states change of a ratio of haemoglobins of different types is caused by activation or suppression of types of cages corresponding the eritroid that leads to ratio change between populations of erythrocytes in a blood-groove.
