Abstract. The article is devoted to preclinical and clinical evaluation of pharmacological efficiency metabolic probiotic drug dentozar. For the first time created a new generation of preparations bicomponent metabolic, which presents their biologically active food probiotic cells genera Bacillus and Lactobacillus. On the basis of laboratory data, preclinical and clinical studies have shown therapeutic effectiveness of the experimental model for the treatment of chronic generalized perodontitis moderate severity.
