Abstract.
Objective. To establish the structure and ownership changes displastik de-pendent digestive organs in patients with the syndrome of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (NDCT) in comparison with other studies. Research methods. Study 2-stage: I stage — analysis of studies concerning manifestations displastik dependent gastrointestinal pathology in patients with the syndrome NDCT described in the re-search literature. Phase II double-blind trial conducted their own 88 patients (45 men and 43 women, middle age 35.29 ± 6.6) — a group study including EGD and ab-dominal ultrasonography in 2000 and 2010 year. Criteria for inclusion in the study group: diagnosis NDCT syndrome, digestive organs displastik dependent changes identified using ultrasound and EGD, the initial selection and analysis of medical re-cords. In 2010 year possibility of re- counseling and research. Comparison group — 40 patients (19 men and 21 women middle age 33.05 ± 6.10) with the inclusion crite-ria, but without the syndrome NDCT displastik dependent and changes in the diges-tive system, and EGD performed ultrasound. Results. According to a metaanalysis displastik dependent changes should be classified: reflux esophagitis (RE ) (16.3 – 89 %), duadenogastralny reflux (DGR ) (16.3 – 89 %), sliding hiatal hernia ( SGPOD ) (16.4 %), atrophic gastritis (36.4 %), the deformation of the gall (DGP) (61.9 %). Ac-cording to our research revealed the following changes displastik dependent: atrophic gastritis in 57 %, deformation DGP at 45 %, 21.5 % diagnosed reflux disease in the form of GDR and 15 % SGPOD. Conclusion. Displastik dependent changes of the digestive organs should be considered: atrophic gastritis, SGPOD, reflux disease in the form of ER and the GDR, deformation DGP .
