Abstract.
Method of stimulation and inhibition of sodium aminodihydrophtalasindione carrageenan system phagocytic macrophages (SPS) in rats after perforation of the femur, we found that, compared with control animals, when stimulated SPS leukocyte count did not change, while the oppression SPS marked leukocytosis and a high level alkaline phosphatase in the first study 20 days. Stimulation of bones in the SPS causes increased activity of osteoblasts in place perforation and development of cancellous bone, which leads to an increased rate of bone healing by 7–9 days earlier than controls. By inhibiting the SPS in the necrotic bone defect determined osteons with intensive leukocyte infiltration, and vascular leukostasis Haversian canals bone while healing 10 days later than in the control animals.
